Gharb Panel offers a wide range of products for the construction industry, including sandwich panels, steel decks, and various types of corrugated sheets, providing modern solutions that meet today’s demands for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Our solutions fall into three main categories:
- Insulated coverings for warehouses and structures where heating and cooling are a top priority, requiring sandwich panels.
- Steel sheets used in the construction of residential and office building roofs.
- Profiled sheets designed for pitched roofs, suitable for covering roofs and facades of industrial, residential, and commercial buildings.
Cold Storage Room
Since heating and cooling are especially important in certain agricultural structures such as cold storage facilities, livestock barns, industrial warehouses, and even sports halls, choosing materials with proper insulation properties becomes a key consideration. Currently, sandwich panels are among the best options, as they feature a thick insulating core layer placed between two profiled sheets.
Depending on the type of profiled sheet used, sandwich panels can be applied both for roof coverings and side walls. When used on walls, in addition to their insulating performance, they can also enhance the aesthetic appearance of the building façade.
Clean Room
Thanks to their smooth surface, clean room sandwich panels minimize the accumulation of dust and bacteria. They are available in thicknesses ranging from 4 to 15 cm, made with either double-sided Aluzinc or double-sided galvanized sheets in 0.5 mm or 0.7 mm thickness. These panels are widely used in hospital operating rooms, pharmaceutical production facilities, vaccine manufacturing plants, food processing workshops, laboratories, and medical equipment production units.
